Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,174 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPEP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tricarboxylic acid cycle, Heme biosynthetic process, and Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RNPEP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-RNPEP results are reported.
