Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNPC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNPC3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RNPC3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNPC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, BRCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNPC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
