RNPC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,836 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGAM1_S31, RPL3, and RPS13. Each is linked with RNPC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPC3-to-partner and partner-to-RNPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
