Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNMT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNMT data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNMT Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNMT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SARC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RNMT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
