Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,308 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R1, THOC1, and WRNIP1. Each is linked with RNMT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNMT-to-partner and partner-to-RNMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNMT versus PPP4R1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
