Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNMT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,032 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEH1L, CEP76, and AFG3L2. Each is linked with RNMT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNMT-to-partner and partner-to-RNMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNMT versus SEH1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
