RNMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,945 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM210A, AFG3L2, and THOC1. Each is linked with RNMT in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNMT-to-partner and partner-to-RNMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNMT versus FAM210A in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
