Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,727 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA (guanine-N7)-methylation, mRNA transport, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with RNMT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNMT-to-partner and partner-to-RNMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA (guanine-N7)-methylation grouped by RNMT-low versus RNMT-high in BONE.
