Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNLS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNLS data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RNLS Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNLS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNLS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
