RNGTT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNGTT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNGTT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, VTA1, and MDN1. Each is linked with RNGTT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNGTT-to-partner and partner-to-RNGTT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNGTT versus SYNCRIP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNGTT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNGTT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
