Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNGTT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,995 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNGTT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMS22L, ATAD5, and HBS1L. Each is linked with RNGTT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNGTT-to-partner and partner-to-RNGTT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNGTT versus MMS22L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNGTT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNGTT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
