RNGTT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNGTT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,619 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNGTT-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBS1L, CASP8AP2, and NUP43. Each is linked with RNGTT in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNGTT-to-partner and partner-to-RNGTT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNGTT versus HBS1L in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNGTT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNGTT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
