Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 638 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, PODXL2, and INSL6. Each is linked with RNF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF8-to-partner and partner-to-RNF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF8 versus DNAJC17 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
