RNF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAF1, SAE1, and PFAS. Each is linked with RNF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF8-to-partner and partner-to-RNF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAF1 grouped by RNF8-low versus RNF8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
