Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,484 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Sperm DNA condensation, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with RNF8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF8-to-partner and partner-to-RNF8 results are reported.
