Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNF7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA and LUSC are the cancer types where RNF7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
