RNF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX36, EIF4G1, and BIN2_S444. Each is linked with RNF7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF7-to-partner and partner-to-RNF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF7 versus DHX36 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
