Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,880 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B2, ARCN1, and CUL5. Each is linked with RNF7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF7-to-partner and partner-to-RNF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF7 versus PAFAH1B2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
