RNF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDGF1P1, SSMEM1, and NUTF2P8. Each is linked with RNF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF7-to-partner and partner-to-RNF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDGF1P1 grouped by RNF7-low versus RNF7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
