Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,318 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cardiolipin metabolic process, Positive regulation of protein ubiquitination, and Regulation of cap-independent translational initiation. Each is linked with RNF7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF7-to-partner and partner-to-RNF7 results are reported.
