Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF5 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RNF5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where RNF5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
