RNF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,346 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, IMPDH1, and PHF3. Each is linked with RNF5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF5-to-partner and partner-to-RNF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
