Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGPAT1, CUTA, and RPS10. Each is linked with RNF5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF5-to-partner and partner-to-RNF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
