RNF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,095 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNK2B, FKBPL, and BAG6. Each is linked with RNF5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF5-to-partner and partner-to-RNF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
