RNF44

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF44-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR217, FEM1AP1, and TTTY18. Each is linked with RNF44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF44-to-partner and partner-to-RNF44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR217 grouped by RNF44-low versus RNF44-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF44→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
