Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF43 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF43 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNF43 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF43 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

BRCA, COAD, and SARC are the cancer types where RNF43 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
