RNF43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,293 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPTF, CBX8, and CSTF1. Each is linked with RNF43 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF43-to-partner and partner-to-RNF43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF43 versus BPTF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF43→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
