RNF43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF43-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB6, GSKIP, and GMDS. Each is linked with RNF43 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF43-to-partner and partner-to-RNF43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB6 grouped by RNF43-low versus RNF43-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF43→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
