RNF43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,517 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament-based transport, Negative regulation of myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity, and Negative regulation of mast cell degranulation. Each is linked with RNF43 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF43-to-partner and partner-to-RNF43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Actin filament-based transport grouped by RNF43-low versus RNF43-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF43→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
