The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RNF39 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF39 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where RNF39 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
