RNF39

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF39 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,390 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF39-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE3B, AGT, and ABCB9. Each is linked with RNF39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF39-to-partner and partner-to-RNF39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF39→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
