Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,246 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Stress granule assembly, RNA destabilization, and Regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with RNF38 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF38-to-partner and partner-to-RNF38 results are reported.
