The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNF32 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and ACC are the cancer types where RNF32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
