Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF32 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF32-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM245, SLC10A7, and DNAJB1. Each is linked with RNF32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF32-to-partner and partner-to-RNF32 results are reported.
