Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,964 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with RNF32 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF32-to-partner and partner-to-RNF32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cilium movement involved in cell motility grouped by RNF32-low versus RNF32-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
