RNF26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF26-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10T2, OR10R2, and OR4F15. Each is linked with RNF26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF26-to-partner and partner-to-RNF26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10T2 grouped by RNF26-low versus RNF26-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF26→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
