Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF222 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF222 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNF222 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF222 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where RNF222 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
