Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF220 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF220 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNF220 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF220 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where RNF220 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
