Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF220 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,982 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF220-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIH, PRPF38A, and MTF2. Each is linked with RNF220 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF220-to-partner and partner-to-RNF220 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF220→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF220) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
