RNF216

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF216 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,997 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF216-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXK1, PUS7, and KBTBD2. Each is linked with RNF216 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF216-to-partner and partner-to-RNF216 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF216 versus FOXK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF216→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF216) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
