Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF216 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,522 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF216-associated genes across cancer lineages are WIPI2, MIOS, and PMS2CL. Each is linked with RNF216 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF216-to-partner and partner-to-RNF216 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF216 versus WIPI2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF216→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF216) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
