Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF216 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,928 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF216-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK8P1, MTCO2P23, and CRACDL. Each is linked with RNF216 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF216-to-partner and partner-to-RNF216 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK8P1 grouped by RNF216-low versus RNF216-high in SARC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF216→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF216) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
