Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF216 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,275 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF216-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7orf26, USP42, and FBXL18. Each is linked with RNF216 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF216-to-partner and partner-to-RNF216 results are reported.
