Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF216 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,672 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF216-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope, Meiotic telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, and Meiotic telomere clustering. Each is linked with RNF216 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF216-to-partner and partner-to-RNF216 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope grouped by RNF216-low versus RNF216-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
