RNF213

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF213 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,909 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF213-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYMP, STAT1, and STAT2. Each is linked with RNF213 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF213-to-partner and partner-to-RNF213 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF213 versus TYMP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF213→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF213) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
