RNF213

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF213 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,721 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF213-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFR2, CDC45, and CDC20. Each is linked with RNF213 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF213-to-partner and partner-to-RNF213 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTFR2 grouped by RNF213-low versus RNF213-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF213→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF213) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
