Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF213 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,338 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF213-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Xenophagy, Negative regulation of non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with RNF213 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF213-to-partner and partner-to-RNF213 results are reported.
