The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNF208 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF208 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where RNF208 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
