RNF207-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF207-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,130 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF207-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of membrane repolarization during ventricular cardiac muscle cell action potential, and Cellular component disassembly involved in execution phase of apoptosis. Each is linked with RNF207-AS1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF207-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-RNF207-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF207-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF207-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
