RNF20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, FUBP3, and RAD23B. Each is linked with RNF20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF20-to-partner and partner-to-RNF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF20 versus BRD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
